  • We offer six insightful books authored by our founder, designed to inspire individuals and promote holistic well-being through their vision and philosophy.
  • Book sales are subject to availability, and all purchases are final unless a defect or issue is identified with the product.
  • Shipping & Delivery: Books will be shipped within 5 days of purchase and delivered within 7–10 days, depending on the location.
• Ayurvedic Products:
  • Our ashram produces 350 authentic Ayurvedic products, crafted using traditional practices to naturally support health and wellness.
  • Customers are encouraged to carefully read product descriptions and usage instructions before purchasing. Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged products, provided claims are made within seven (7) days of receipt.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds for defective products will be processed within 7 days, with funds credited to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
  • Shipping & Delivery: Ayurvedic products will be shipped within 3 days of purchase and delivered within 5–7 days.
  • Exchange Shipping & Delivery: Approved exchange items will be shipped within 5 days and delivered within 7–10 days.

• Crowdfunding for Serenity Enclave:
  • Contributions to the Serene Enclave crowdfunding initiative are entirely voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Donations are made as a gesture of appreciation for our philanthropic work. In return, Amiable Aid Foundation rewards donors with complementary products, such as Seppadu Viddhai books and Milir Kanagam herbal products.
  • These products are provided purely as a token of gratitude, and no payment is required for them.
  • Refunds are not applicable for complementary products. However, if a product is damaged during transit, we may consider providing a replacement as a goodwill gesture. Replacements cannot be claimed as a right.
  • Regular updates on the Serene Enclave initiative will be shared through our official communication channels.

Amiable Aid Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any of its programs, products, or services in response to:

• Applicable legal requirements.
• Directives from central/state governments or local health authorities.

In such cases, participants, customers, or contributors will be promptly notified. Alternatives or refunds may be provided, depending on the circumstances.

• All claims of damage or loss will be subject to a thorough review process to determine validity.
• If the damage is deemed genuine, reasonable, and significant, the matter will be resolved through bilateral negotiations.
• Based on the outcome, appropriate compensation or replacement may be provided.
• The final decision in such cases will rest solely with Amiable Aid Foundation and will be binding.

• All products and services comply with applicable laws and standards.
• By engaging with our programs, products, or initiatives, customers and participants agree to these terms and conditions.
• Amiable Aid Foundation reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Any updates will be communicated through our official channels.
